1. Information about the operator
The Petefco.com website is operated by PETEFCO S.R.L., with registered office in Sat Ostroveni, Comuna Ostroveni, Str. Dealul Buneației Nr. 17, Dolj County, Romania. Trade Register number: J2025031287004. VAT number (CUI): 51723274. Products of the PETEFCO and ECO WOOF brands, both belonging to PETEFCO S.R.L., are sold through this website.

2. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed on Petefco.com by consumers residing in Romania, Germany, Austria and France.
3. Conclusion of the contract
The presentation of products on the website does not constitute a binding offer, but an invitation to place an order. The contract is considered concluded when Petefco.com confirms the order by e-mail.
4. Prices and payment
All displayed prices include VAT as applicable by law. Accepted payment methods: online payment by card, PayPal, cash on delivery.
5. Delivery
Delivery by courier, estimated delivery time 3-5 business days.
6. Right of withdrawal
The consumer has the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, an unambiguous statement sent by e-mail to office@ecowoof.ro or by post to the return address below is sufficient. The EU model withdrawal form may be used, but this is not mandatory.
Return shipping costs are borne by the consumer, except where the product is defective or not as described. Reimbursement (including the standard delivery cost) is made within 14 days at the latest of receiving the withdrawal notice or the returned product, using the same payment method used for the order.

7. Statutory warranty of conformity

PETEFCO S.R.L. makes ongoing efforts to keep the information on the website accurate; however, it may contain inaccuracies. Product photos are for illustrative purposes only.
9. Data protection
The processing of personal data is described in the website's Privacy Policy.
10. Applicable law and dispute resolution
This contract is governed by Romanian law. For consumers residing in Germany, Austria or France, this choice of law does not deprive them of the protection granted by the mandatory provisions of the law of their country of residence, and they may bring proceedings either before the Romanian courts or before the courts of their country of residence.
